Promoting Well-being

As part of our whole school approach to Physical Education, we took part in a wonderful kindness workshop as a whole school. We discussed aspects surrounding kindness and how we can help others through acts of Kindness. As a school we explored the importance of mental health and how it effects our minds and bodies as well as, ways in which we can promote well-being. The children and staff members absolutely loved it!
