YEAR 3

TOPIC 1 - DOMESTIC CHURCH – FAMILY - HOMES

Today in RE we each wrote a nice message about our friends and then read them to each other. How lovely it was to share Gods love with each other.

Today year 3 reflected upon the meaning and purpose related to the experience of ‘Homes’. We celebrated with treats and a prayer, then we joined year 5 and rejoiced as we sang and danced to celebrate the end of our topic.

TOPIC 2 - BAPTISM/BELONGING - PROMISES

Today we joined with year 4 and celebrated Diwali, we made Rangolis, painted our Diyas and made paper lanterns. Two of our children told us all about their celebrations at home with their families, it was so lovely to hear how they celebrated too.

Year 3 enjoyed their visit from Father Mark, they enjoyed asking questions related to our current Come and See topic.
