In Year 5, we use ClassDojo to recognise positive behaviour, effort and attitudes towards learning. Children can earn Dojo points for making positive choices, working hard, showing kindness and demonstrating our school's core values.
Homework will be set on a Monday and should be returned by Friday. Tasks may focus on consolidating recent learning or addressing gaps in knowledge and understanding.
Children should also continue to practise their times tables regularly using Times Tables Rock Stars (TTRS). Regular practice will help children to develop their fluency, accuracy and confidence with multiplication and division facts.
Our PE day is Tuesday. Children should come to school wearing their PE kit on this day.
After-school football club takes place on Thursdays with Mr Surry and finishes at 4:15pm.
