Keep up to date with all the latest news and events happening in school.
Our attendance for last week fell to 91%, and the overall percentage for the year so far is down to 93.3%. We are trying to improve our attendance but this can only be done with the help of our parents!
Children who acheive 100% attendance go into a draw each week to win a prize. These children arrive before the gate closes at 8:55 am, do not have appointments during school time, and do not leave school before the school day ends at 3:00 pm.
Please only keep your child off school if they are genuinely too ill to attend. Make medical appointments outside school hours when possible. Please don't take your child out of school early, unless it's urgent.
Thank you.

On Friday 16th November, we asked children to come into school wearing spotty items of clothing and make a £1 donation to the Children In Need charity.
We are delighted to inform everyone that our school raised a "spotacular" total of £142.00!! Thank you for your generosity and support.
Our class attendance for last week was 93.5%. School's overall attendance is currently also at 93.5%. This is very disappointing and can be improved with the help of our parents! Please ensure your child is only absent if genuinely ill. Any medical appointments should be made outside of school hours where possible. Let's see if we can achieve better results next week!

Our children went to the Litherland Cenotaph on our annual Remembrance Day walk. As always children were invited to come to school dressed as soldiers, nurses, evacuees or to wear something red. Together we prayed and offered thanks to the fallen soldiers, some children read prayers they had written and all children lay down poppies they had made. 'The Last Post' was played before we observed a period of a 2 minutes silence. Our children were as always so respectful and we are proud of each and every one of them.
Lest we forget.
