  ‘You Crayon for Ukraine’

  We are sure that you have all been very upset and worried about the situation in Ukraine. We have all seen the heart breaking coverage on the television and heard about the desperation of so many innocent people.  Some of our children have expressed their concern over the situation and we have been praying together asking for peace.  As a school, we want to find a way of raising vital funds to help the people who need it most.

  We are going to have a class colouring competition ‘Crayon for Ukraine’.  It will cost £2 to enter and all the money will go to support those in the Ukraine. Please bring your completed colouring picture in by Friday 18^th March with your £2 entry (or more if you wish).  Each class will choose their winner by the end of the school day.

  We also think it would be a great sign of our support for Ukraine if we wear the colours of their flag - BLUE and/or YELLOW,  also on Friday 18^th March.
